Aerial view looking down on an Ocean Club motor yacht anchored in clear water on Costa Rica's Pacific coast

The Fleet

A fleet deep enough to say yes.

Sailing catamarans, motor yachts, a sportfisher and center consoles. All owned and crewed in-house — nothing is subcontracted.

Catamarans & yachts

Built for the day you're not fishing.

Shade, swim platforms, sound, and enough deck that nobody has to sit inside.

Endeavour, an Ocean Club sailing catamaran under full sail off Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Endeavour

Sailing Catamaran

Four cabins, each with its own head, which makes Endeavour the boat for anyone who wants to stay out rather than come back at five. Sails properly too — this is not a motorboat with a mast on it.

  • Foredeck trampolines
  • Saloon with panoramic glass
  • Swim platforms both hulls

Lohe Lani, an Ocean Club sailing catamaran with sails up in golden evening light off Costa Rica's Pacific coast

Lohe Lani

Sailing Catamaran

The one we send out when the group is big and the day is long. Deck space is the whole point — there is room for everyone to find their own corner, which on a full-day charter matters more than knots.

Sea Ya, an Ocean Club flybridge motor yacht with teak aft-deck dining, on Costa Rica's Pacific coast

Sea Ya

Motor Yacht

A flybridge motor yacht that sits low enough to the water that the light comes right up at you at sunset. Comfortable for a small group without ever feeling like you have rattled around in something too big.

  • Flybridge with shaded seating
  • Teak aft-deck dining
  • Air-conditioned cabin
  • Head with shower
  • Swim platform

Sportfishing

Rigged to fish.

Rod holders, outriggers and shallow-water access. Fast out, fast back, and built around the fishing rather than the photograph.

Disparate, an Ocean Club sportfishing boat, at anchor in golden evening light on Costa Rica's Pacific coast

Disparate

Sportfisher

The fishing boat in the fleet with a proper interior, which makes it the one to book when half the group wants to fish and the other half wants shade, a cold drink and somewhere comfortable to sit.

  • Shaded cockpit
  • Galley and head
  • Air-conditioned cabin

An Ocean Club center console fishing boat with T-top running on Ocean Club off Guanacaste, Costa Rica

A wakeboarder behind an Ocean Club tender on calm water off Costa Rica's Pacific coast

How we assign boats

You'll know the exact vessel before you pay.

Which boat you get depends on three things: the port you are sailing from, how many people are in your party, and what is available on your date. We do not take a booking and work it out later — the confirmation you receive names the vessel and the captain.

If we have to change the boat — mechanical issue, a captain out sick, weather pushing a departure — we tell you before you arrive at the dock and we move you to an equivalent or better vessel at no extra cost. With 8 boats in the fleet, that is a phone call, not a cancellation.

Pick a boat. Pick a date.

Tell us which vessel caught your eye and when you're here. We'll tell you straight away whether it's open.
